This machine is applicable for filling and sealing various pouches with easy tear spout. It is suitable for packing milk, soy milk, jelly, jam, seasoning, scour and so on.

1.       Integrated with pneumatic and mechanical drive and electronic control.

2.       Automatic vacuum, dosing filling, dosing accurately without splash and leakage.

3.       Automatic sealing by ultrasonic equipment,firmly sealing to prevent leakage .

4.       Automatic filling and sealing are both tracked by photoelectric eye to prevent vain filling and sealing, no filling and no sealing without pouches.

5.       All parts which are directly contact with food are made of stainless steel. So it conforms to the requirements of Food Grade and looks bright and orderliness.

6.       All the electric components are import from world famous manufacturers. According to the clients' requirement, both imported pneumatic components and domestic ones are collocated.

7.       Blending device and double layer heat preservation device is available for Material tank according to customers' requirement.
